To get the best from the school for your child, you are advised to be in regular touch with the school. We earnestly recommend that parents and guardians should look into their ward's School diary every day and see that the lesson and homework assigned for the day is done.
- The students should be encouraged to cultivate habit of neatness. Check the uniform, haircut and punctuality of your ward in the morning.
- Remarks put down in diary should be seen and countersigned regularly. It is advisable to write to the class teacher in the School diary about the problems of your ward/s.
- Contact the Class Teacher on Monday, Wednesday and Friday after school in case you need to discuss the progress of your ward.
- See that your ward carries books according to the Time Table for the day.
- Children will not be allowed to go home during school hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during working hours. To ensure discipline, parents are requested not to send their wards to school on the day they have any such appointments.
- Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
- If your ward is absent from school he/she must complete all the work missed by him/her, at the earliest.
- As the medium of instruction in school is English, a regular conversation in English at home will help the child to gain confidence and comprehends the syllabus easily.
- Parents are prohibited from going directly to the class to meet the teachers or the children.
- Expensive articles like fancy watches, transistors, calculator, mobile phones etc. should not be brought to school. They are also not allowed to wear jewellery to school. In case of violation of this rule the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in the school. In case of a loss, a letter giving details of the loss may be sent to the Class Teacher.
- The school reserves the right to suspend students whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
- Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers without prior permission of the Principal.
- Parents and guardians of all students have to attend all the PTM to note the progress of their wards.
- Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her things. The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belongings of the students. Water bottles, blazers and jerseys should also bear the name of the student.
- Students have to attend all the teaching, games and library and activity period in the school.
- A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject with a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in suspension.
- The school reserves the right to withhold the promotion of the student in case of underperformance.
